Every new account starts with a 30-day Platinum trial: all features unlocked, no credit card required. At the end, pick the plan you prefer or stay on Free.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want: the difference is prorated against the remaining period.
How does the 30-day Platinum trial work?
As soon as you sign up, all Platinum features are unlocked for 30 days. No credit card upfront. We email you 5 days before the trial ends. If you don't pick a plan, on day 31 you move to the Free plan.
What happens if I go over the plan caps (e.g. 4 tanks on Free)?
Tanks/plugs/automations above the cap stay readable but become read-only: nothing breaks, but to edit them you must delete some or upgrade. Firmware hardware safety stays active no matter what.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation is immediate and penalty-free: your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, then drops to Free.
How do I pay?
Credit card, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. All payments are processed securely: JoyReef never sees or stores card data.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes: Stripe automatically generates a digital receipt for every payment. We'll evaluate dedicated invoicing options closer to launch.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT is calculated and applied at checkout based on the billing country.
